INSTRUCTORS

Our instructor pool is composed of individuals who embody the meaning of busy professionals.  Most of our instructors actively compete or have retired from competition in fighting sports such as Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Full Contact Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, and Grappling.  Maintaining a fit lifestyle is necessary for fighting sports athletes, since competition is year-round.  Our instructors are also working toward professional goals in medicine, law, engineering, biomedical research, and entrepreneurship.  02 Workouts are designed for busy professionals.
