At first glance, the schedule looks rough. You are probably saying yourself, ” I am not a morning person. How can I ever wake up that early. I wish there were evening classes…” Our response is to tell you to give it a try. You’ve tried everything else. Morning workouts get results. Workout in the morning and feel good about it for the rest of the day.
The basic schedule consists of three workouts per week for a total of approximately 9 regular workouts per month. Hell Week adds roughly 10 more workouts for the monthly period.
Hell Week takes place towards the end of the month. The week consists of two workouts per day for approximately 4 or 5 days out of that week. There is no workout on the Tuesday after Hell Week. The schedule is exhaustive but manageable. Members generally see exponential results and improvement during this period.
