Tuesday 6:00 a.m. – Kezar Track
Thursday 6:00 a.m. - Kezar Track
Sunday 7:00 a.m. – Kezar Track
There are three workouts per week for a total of approximately nine to eleven workouts per month. Generally, the last few days of the month are dedicated to recovery. If you attend each workout, you will be grateful for the recovery period.
