- Hell Week 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Every day
The basic program consists of three workout sessions per week for a total of approximately 9 regular workouts per month. Hell Week adds roughly 10 additional workout sessions for the monthly period.
Hell Week consists of two workouts per day for 5 days out of the week. There is no workout on the Tuesday after Hell Week. The schedule is exhaustive but manageable. Members generally see exponential results and improvement during this period.
You are probably telling yourself, " I am not a morning person. I wish there were evening classes..." Our response is to tell you to give it a try. You've tried everything else. Morning workouts get results. Workout in the morning and feel for the great rest of the day.
