ARE THERE AFTERNOON SESSIONS?
We plan to add one afternoon session, but our inclination is to push morning workouts. A.M. training is necessary for any serious fitness program, because vigorous morning activity jump-starts metabolism. Individuals who do morning workouts generally see faster results, because they must establish proper sleep routines and eat a healthy breakfast. These factors generally lead to making healthy choices concerning diet and nutrition throughout the day.

DO YOU PROVIDE PERSONAL TRAINING OR TRAINING FOR SMALLER GROUPS?
We also provide small group training as well as one-on-one personal training sessions. Individuals typically choose these sessions, because they want to focus on Muay Thai Kickboxing and Boxing workouts. Consistency with these sessions is an excellent way to accelerate weight loss and cardio conditioning. Contact us to schedule a trial session.

WILL INSTRUCTORS PROVIDE NUTRITION ADVICE?
It would be akin to malpractice for us or most fitness trainers to provide nutrition advice. One of our trainers is a physician and another is a certified nutritionist. Both agree that it is impossible to develop a general purpose nutrition program, because each individual has different needs considering factors such as medical history, food allergies, and dietary needs. The best advice is to use your common sense or consult a physician, if you want to get serious about developing a meal plan.
